Where I want to go...

These are some of the places I REALLY want to go:

I have a small obsession with National Parks - so if you have some aversion to them, you might want to get off this page now :)

Acadia National Park, Maine

There is GORGEOUS hiking and trails here!!! I WANT TO GO! :D

Next would be.....Mount Rainier National Park in Washington.

Seriously, how awesome is God's creation?? :)

Um, yeah that's not gorgeous or anything....

I want to go see Bighorn Canyon in Montana and also see the Little Bighorn Battlefield.

I want to go to Yosemite National Park in California.

I want to see the giant Redwood Trees in California. (Which are conveniently located in Redwood National/State Parks)

San Luis Valley, Colorado

The Northern Lights over Bear Lake in Alaska

I want to see the White Sands in New Mexico!

I really would love to see every national park and forrest....I think they are just beautiful :)

Out of the States....

Waikawau Bay, New Zealand

And just about everything else in New Zealand as well. All of the places that the Chronicles of Narnia were filmed, the breath taking lakes and mountains. Ah. I seriously have the travel bug.

Manarola, Italy. It's the cutest little town on the coast that was established back in the 1300s.

The Alps in Switzerland and Austria.

Not to mention everything else in that area. I want to go to Austria and see where the Sound of Music was filmed. I want to see the Nonnberg Abbey, and the Von Trapp house that is in Salzburg. The over look that is called the Winkler Terrace and the fountain where Maria sings on her way to the house after leaving the Abbey. Salzburg would be a dream to visit. I would post pictures of all of that, but it would be far too many :)

I want to travel Paris, London, and Rome. I want to see the Eiffel Tower, the Trevi Fountain

I want to see the Pantheon and the Colosseum. I want to visit the the Palace at Versailles and see the Hall of MIrrors. I want to see the gardens and the beautiful paintings on the ceilings. I want to see Marie-Antoinette's estate that also sits near the Palace. It looks beautiful.

There is a section of the estate called the Grand Trianon. They are said to be the most refined group of buildings at Versailles and they are mostly made of marble, so needless to say, they are gorgeous.

I want to see the the Sistine Chapel and see the ceiling that Michelangelo painted. There is so much more of Europe I want to see....but for now we'll stop with that.

I want to see the Holy Land. Visit the Dead Sea, the Jordan River, the Sea of Galilee. I want to go to Israel, Bethlehem, Nazareth, and Jericho. I want to see the Qumran Caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. I want to walk on Mount Moriah and the Mount of Olives. I want to see the Garden of Gethsemane.
